I have tried to log into My EE app and there is no response from the app what's so ever. I have deleted the app and installed the app several times no luck so far.

Can you access your My EE account online?

I can log into My ee online but since the update the app is non responsive. I click the app and it closes without giving me any opportunity to do anything. I have downloaded the katezt version. I have deleted and re loaded the app several times. With no luck.

It's good that you're able to log in using the browser, @Iwali.
We're still making changes and bringing out updates for the app regularly. I would recommend keep deleting and re-downloading every few days and hopefully it starts working soon for you.

I’m having the same problem, icon has red dot with a 3 in it, I presume indicating I have 3 messages.
I can open the app & that’s it, nothing happens. This has not been ‘Road tested’ imho.
My broadband agreement ended a few weeks ago and I renewed. I was sent a new BT router and told the tie up between ee & BT was changing, this gave me the shudders, I left BT because of diabolical service.

I will be deleting the app and only using EE web site for the foreseeable future.

Hi . I kept deleting and I have finally loaded the app few days ago and its working.

A small number of customers are seeing a notification on their device after updating their My EE app. We are investigating why this notification is displaying incorrectly, and we’re working to fix this.
