I am an EE business customer, and it has been over a year since I have been unable to connect to my EE App or to my account from any browser. I've called EE more than 10/15 times, logged countless tickets, only to see them automatically resolved after a few hours.
Every time, I've been told that someone from EE technical team will get in touch with me but that never happened. Lately, I've been told that there is an on-going issue with all the business customers and there is no date and time as to when it will get resolved. I can't believe that a service of such importance is down for more then a year now.
I wonder if other EE business customers are facing this too.

Welcome to the community,
Have you asked customer service to do an account refresh? This usually solves the problem and you can then register again on the app.
