Cannot add device to my EE app

Hi. I’ve recently had my old number transferred over to EE. I’ve had text to say it’s complete. I’ve tried to add the account to my app but when it sends the text with PIN to verify the text isn’t coming through! It’s annoying because I want to manage my mobile account

What day did your number switch over and the confirmation text come through?
Also are you successfully receiving texts from other numbers?

It said today by 6pm. I’ve had other texts off EE but nothing coming back though from the app link

We recommend that it can take up until midnight for all the files of a port to fully move over, so I'd definitely wait just that bit longer. 

If you give this another try in the morning, please let us know how you get on and we can go from there.
