Cannot access help from abroad (Bolivia)

Hi, can anyone from EE explain why I cannot access the help function (via app or website) when trying from Bolivia?

Is it the live chat function that you're trying to use? It sometimes doesn't work from abroad. What is it that you're looking to discuss?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the message. Yes it's the live chat function. There are a few payments that I would like to discuss, usually I'd just call but it would cost a small fortune and the one time I did try to call the UK it ended up just cutting out.

Have you tried @XRaySpeX's suggestion of calling through a VoIP service, such as Skype, @Gavscarff ?
