Cannot Download Bills

I cannot download bills when clicking on the download button.  The screen just keeps flashing on and off. Why is this never used to have this problem.

Welcome to the EE Community

Have you tried downloading a bill via both the EE website and the EE app and are both effected or only one of them? 

If it is the website have you tried using another browser to see if the issue still happens? If it is effecting the app try first clearing the app cache and data, if the issue remains try reinstalling the app.

Thanks for letting us know you have already tried the steps provided by @Alex_H. 

I would now recommend reporting this to our technical care team who can investigate further.
