I can’t view my bills on my app or when I receive a text it is giving me a link and when I try to open this to view my bill it doesn’t allow me to view this could I please have some support has this has been going on quiet a while now

Have you been able to view these bills in the past, and are you able to see your other account details such as your plan?
Have you had a chance to speak with our team about this, too?

This is happening to me too - when I log in on the app it’s blank of any account info. And then when I try to “link” I get a passcode and it doesn’t work. How am I supposed to see my bill?

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue linking your account, when you say the passcode doesn't work what do you mean, what does it say when you enter the passcode sent to your mobile? Have you tried doing the linking on a different browser to see if that is causing any issues?

Well, the passcode works and then the linking of devices fails. Continually. I have no way of viewing my bill at all. I am sure it is correct but also I would like to see if before paying it. And yes I have tried through the app, through laptop and through web browsers on my phone. Nothing works. The app and the site are embarrassingly buggy

@AndyH771 Thanks for clarifying on the issue, I understand it is important to be able to view your bill and manage the account online. If it is not letting you link up online with all you have already tried I would now recommend speaking to one of our guides who should be able to help see what is causing the issue and help get it linked up for you.

This is such a useless response. It’s clearly an app or website issue because I’m not the only one who is experiencing it. So please try again with addressing the issue
