Can’t login

Whenever I try to log in on the app it says there’s an error, tried logging in on safari and says there’s same thing error retrieving my information all details correct it’s been doing this for days I go to Italy today and can’t access any roaming packages

If the technical support team aren't able to fix it over the phone, they should be able to escalate it to the next level so that it can be looked into further.

I can only suggest continuing to speak with them and follow the troubleshooting with them.

If you feel like things aren't getting anywhere through that route, you can open a complain online. Just fill in this complaint form and a dedicated team will open a case to make sure the correct processes are being followed.
