Since I got my new Pay Monthly SIM (still hasn't arrived), I've been trying to log into the My EE app. It keeps coming up with an error message saying "There seems to be a problem. Sorry, we're having difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back a bit later".
Now, granted, I still have yet to receive my SIM yet. However if this is something that shouldn't be stopping me, can someone help me figure out how to fix it?

I've been able to log in online, but thats asking me to add a number to the account to continue. I've added my number, it's still not working.
And no, this is the only account with EE that I've had.

Have you added your EE number? Do you know your number if your SIM hasn't arrived?
What error message are you currently getting?
