Can’t load account

I’m getting error notices on the app and on webpage that my account can not load, can a minder please help me? I’ve tried all suggested steps already

If you are seeing an error on the app and the website login, I'd recommend giving our tech guides a call so they can view the account and look into this further for you.

What does the error say becase the app is working.

Has the app or website ever worked.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and when I login it just says sorry we seem to have a problem, I can login in online but says I have a problem viewing anything to do with my account
