I’m getting error notices on the app and on webpage that my account can not load, can a minder please help me? I’ve tried all suggested steps already

What does the error say becase the app is working.

I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and when I login it just says sorry we seem to have a problem, I can login in online but says I have a problem viewing anything to do with my account
