I have received a pay as you go sim card by post. When I select to link it to my existing EE account online, it says there is an error linking and to try again later. When I try later, I get the same error.
The pay as you go sim card is showing signal and can make calls etc.

Apparently there is a problem with the website and app so until it is fixed you could try going to the store, that’s what I’m going to do.

may be worth ringing and speaking with cs or the technical team They will check your email and see if any email is linked to an old account and link it with your new one
