Whether I use the app or website on PC it does the same thing. I have two line son my contract, one for me and one for the Mrs. I successfully upgraded one last night however now I get as far as the T & C's for the other and it says "can't connect to EE server, make sure you are online" which I am!
Is there an issue with that portion of the online shop due to high traffic after iPhone 16 launch?
