Why can’t I access my account through the app or the website? Everytime I try I get an error message and can’t go any further? I can’t view any of my details? When contacting EE they are saying it’s fine their end and that there isn’t anything on my account that should be stopping it. I haven’t been able to access my account in months.

Thanks for coming to the community and letting us know you're unable to access the EE account.
What is the error message that shows?
Do you have a new EE contract or have you upgraded?
Also, do you have a mobile or broadband account?

@zoewinnett have you ever requested that customer services reset your online account ?
