Can't access my EE

HI
Yes, it's the same on my iPhone APP and also on two desktops.
I am trying to download the company bill for Nov/Dec for our accounts.

If it is the same across different browsers and devices, I'd recommend getting in touch with our business team so they can have a look at your account, and if they need to, raise a fault ticket. @debrobbo2a

Thanks I contacted the Business line and they have sent the invoices I
required. They advised this is a known fault which they hope to fix soon!It
was working fine before Christmas so lets hope it won't take long. Have to
say excellent customer service when i called 😀
