Can’t access anything on account

When I joined EE nothing would work. They had to crest me a whole new account with a different email just so I can view my bills.
Now I’m trying to view the WiFi 7 offers and other sections on the account but I just keep getting the same message.
“ Sorry about this….. looks like a technical error.”
No matter what area I try to view I get the same message. Tried the app and the web version but still nothing. Why is having an accessible account so difficult for this company.
We already lost out on the game package as they had to reset our account 5 times then finally when it was set up right they said they could only go off the last one so we couldn’t get it. Had multiple deliveries or equipment from both ee and bt as they set us up accounts with both companies then said they had cancelled them but hadn’t.
Anyway to solve this without the 7 months it took to view a bill as nobody knew what todo.?

Our messaging team are available in the help section of the app, however if it's related to your broadband account they may not have access and you may need to call in.
