Ive been trying for weeks to log into my EE app. Absolute load of rubbish. Tried online aswell. Unable to log into my account. What's going on?

Do you get an error message when you try and log into the EE app and account online? Have you been able to log in previously to manage your account?

I have the same issue, I can log onto the website without issue.
After I enter my login credentials on the app, the screen loops back and asks for them again.
I've cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. To manage my router effectively, the website recommends using the app.
My phone runs Android 15.
So far I am regretting my switch from Plusnet, I only did so to keep the landline phone number, but reduced broadband speed and flaky administration apps is making me regret my decision; I wish I stayed with Plusnet and gave up the land line phone service.
