How was it you were notified about this plan ending? Was it for example a letter sent to your address, e-mail or text to your number etc?
Did the notification include any details such as a mobile number for the plan or an account number? Because I would recommend giving us a call with those details and one of our guides should be able to check on it to help find more information on this plan with you saying you don't have the plan it is referring to.
