I am a BT customer and as BT and EE are now partners I was told that I could get better deals on mobile hand sets. Am having trouble with this. How do i link my bt and EE accounts together to save the hassle of double work?
Thanks

You can't! MyEE & MyBT are entirely separate.
Remember to get your PAC from BT so you can keep your no. when you buy a mobile from EE.

Hi.
Sorry maybe I worded that slightly wrong. BT supply my home broadband. They have partnered up with ee (from what it says on the BT page) they claim cheap deals with ee for mobile hand sets. I just wondered if I could link one to another. I would imagine it could be done over the phone but wondered about over the net.

Are you attempting to swear at me? Well, if so, stop it. I'm only trying to help you.
You have joined this Community successfully.
Don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. But remember to follow whatever were BT's offer instructions if you hope to get any sort of discount from it.

I appreciate this post is a few months old, but just in case somebody has the same question as for KENNYFRIEL: I am with BT since long time (Broadband + Phone) and I got a special deal back in December, for a SIM Only with EE via my BT account - the deal they had was for SIM only: double Data (20 Gb) for £9 a month; or for phone handset contract, I think 10% discount. Check your offers on your "myBT" page. ... just in case it might be useful, the EE also offers 20% (or at least used to be until last year) for NHS staff.

They led me to believe they were connected and I would get a better deal swapping to EE for my mobile. It turns out they are completely separate entities and therefore you have 2 accounts and get billed separately
