Welcome to the community.
I am gutted to hear you have not had a great experience with customer service and you are unable to access the app.
Please could you check the App is on the latest software, if the software is up to date you could try un-installing the app and re-installing.
If you still cant access the App after trying those steps, please try Contacting one of our guides, they will be able to take a look into this for you.

I was advised that the broadband would be updated however I received a text earlier saying this, but I haven’t said I don’t want to have the update!!
Hi from EE. You're receiving this message on behalf of Sharon. Thanks for letting us know you don't want to go ahead with your broadband update just yet. Your service will continue as normal for now for at least three months, and we'll reach out again when we're ready to make the update. Thanks.
