Broadband issue

Hi 

I’ve successfully attached the broadband to the land line and it’s not working my provider is BT and I subscribed to 2 sims and the EE mobile app now also is not working as well, any help ?

You can't add BT contracts to your EE a/c. They are separate ISPs.
