Yes, I can see it but they still don't send notification nor a pdf version

Hi @ayjay345.

Welcome to the community.

You're able to request a notification of your bill being ready through your EE Account online. If you log in, tap on Plans & Subscriptions and scroll down to Mobile usage alerts, you'll be able to choose to receive this by email or text.
You're able to download your bill as a PDF, you can find more information on our Viewing Your Monthly EE Bill Help page.

I’ve looked and looked but can’t find that anywhere.

You have to log into your online account through the website at My EE login

At the top right corner of the screen you'll find Plans & Subscriptions. 

Once you click that, click on "Manage Mobile" 

When this page loads, you can scroll to the bottom of the screen under "Settings and permissions" you'll find Mobile usage alerts

Alternatively you can use the MyEE App. 

Just click on Manage > Settings > usage Alerts

Thanks, I've now found it - complicated or what?!

It has been set at sending an email notification for a while now but I've never received them, nor in trash.  Have reset it to phone message and we'll see if that works.
