You should be able to pay your bill in the EE app again today.

If you are still having trouble, you can give our broadband guides a call and make a payment by card.

There are several ways to make a payment towards your bill, which you can find how to do this on the app at How to pay my bill.  

If you're in a rush you can also make a payment on our Fast Payment page.
You can check the bill amount by texting BILL to 150
