My app is not working. It's more than 2 months . Why do you think you are the number1 company in the Uk when you can't satisfy your costumers?

@ntosarvand , the app does work. Have you tried deleting it and reinstalling it from the App Store or google play?

If you are still having problems, have you cleared your cache, also made sure your software for your phone is up to date?

If none of that works, then ring customer service and they should be able to reset your account.

You should be able to log into your account via the website.
