I have changed broadband provider from BT to EE. During the set up the person I spoke did not tell me there would be a charge of £55 for leaving my contract with BT early. I feel annoyed about this and want to cancel this and wait until my contract ends. How can I do this?

@Debbie771 Would expect not as you have done the BT/EE move between the BT Group off companies, but you should be able to get an account Manager to look at that for you, call EE CS and speak to a guide!
