Are there any real people to talk to

I'm been trying to contact customer services. I can't find the answer to my problem and need to talk to an actual person at ee customer services but there seems to be no way to get to talk to someone does anyone know how to talk to a person?

I got sent a unlimited minutes data and text offer but can't reply to the
message to take up the offer?

Can you post a screenshot, or the exact text, of the offer you received?

And what happens when you try to do as instructed?
