Everytime I log onto my EE app its always down for upgrades, nothing ever changes on the app, have to load it online,no technical support, can't wait for this contract to end now, bloody farce

Depends when you log onto the app. Normally overnight the app is down. 

If you have an android app try clearing the app cache/data under settings - apps.
