How long is the Ee app being improved, its already been 3 days?

@Barbara1420  Have you cleared the device cache?  Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

3 days. I wish. More like 3 weeks

Why has the app been down for more than 3 weeks. I can't pay my **bleep**in bill. Sort your **bleep**in app out. Where is the help. **bleep**in joke. EE?

Yes , it’s a right pain trying to get through to ee , I’ve just rang them , they  don’t really have an answer..the man said another 2-3 days
