When will this app be up and running as need to check my data, down for days, want a joke of a service I cannot wait to go sim only and it won’t be with EE 🤦‍♂️

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
