Can’t sign in online or on the app again , broadband is rubbish and I ordered a MacBook still not been dispatched. Fed up

If you're having issues with the EE app, please delete and reinstall it to begin with, and see if this will then allow you to log in. 
If you're having login issues with the app and your main online account, try to reset your password as well, as it may need updating. 
If you're still seeing errors after trying these steps, then I would suggest getting in touch with our team, and they'll be able to check exactly what's going on for you. They can also look into any concerns with your broadband and the order you're waiting for.
