how long do app updates take I’ve been trying to get into the app all day so I can do my verification but I’m unable too get into it therefore can’t get my phone yet

Welcome to the community.

If the app is being updated, it would usually just be done overnight when usage is lowest.

If you are still unable to access the app this morning, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

If that is still not working for you, please give our tech guides a call so they can look into this further for you.
