Please stop sending e mails to check bill on line because app won't let you. Every time I see EE e mail my heart sinks. Endless problems since Nov although now hopefully things sorted except the app

@Rosie134 And EE knows who you are how ? And seeing as you setup to be notified by email you are getting what you setup.
What issue are you having with the app ?

Welcome to the community,
This is not customer service, you can change the settings by logging into your account online under preferences, we cannot do this for you, or you can ring customer service and they will do this for you.
Have you tried deleting the app, reinstalling it after rebooting and see if that works? You can also ask customer service to reset your account and it should then work.
Is your device up to date and do you have the latest app?
Customer service are just letting you know that your bill is ready to take a look and that they will be taking the amount from your bank on the date that they say they will, giving you time to check and also make sure the money is there and if there is a problem you can speak to them.
