@1Elliehough  Have you tried clearing the device cache and installing and then reinstalling the app ? 

Can you access your online account? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Let's be fair - when the app works, it is "OK". When it doesn't (and it happens way too often), the usual "clear cache, then if that fails re-install the app" is just pathetic. If the banking app/ social media apps that you use did this, it would be unacceptable...

If users wanted to access EE online, they would, but as an app is offered, it should work, and work consistently.
