@Cosguin  delete the app and then reinstall it.  The app isn’t down . If you still can access the app after reinstalling it and call customer services and request that they reset your online account.

Thanks for coming here. 

Have you been able to log in since you posted?

If not, can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app as @Chris_B has advised.
