Still can't access app, and what's even worse is that I tried to access it in an EE shop as well and the staff member just laughed when I could not access it...to be honest staff in the shops, particularly the one in Broughton Park nr Chester could do with some customer care skills training

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
