Still can't access app, and what's even worse is that I tried to access it in an EE shop as well and the staff member just laughed when I could not access it...to be honest staff in the shops, particularly the one in Broughton Park nr Chester could do with some customer care skills training

Thanks for coming here, I am very sorry to hear you have had this experience in the store.

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.

I have tried this on 5 occasions now, and still no solution, and like I said the staff in the shops, particularly 1, either can't be bothered to help you or just laugh, so really not very happy, but hey ho there are plenty of other networks too choose from
