How do I gift data if the app is down for maintenance?

Welcome to the EE Community,

unfortunately while MyEE is down for maintenance you are unable to gift data if you try again after 8AM you should be able to gift data again.

Thanks for asking the question, this is exactly what I need to do aswell. However I messaged the Twitter team hoping to get back from them soon. If not I hope this is sorted sooon

my app wont let gift data to my son and its been 3 days! ive been trying all day every day for 3 days! i have just tried again and the app will not let me do it! the message i get is

'gifting failed, something went wrong and the data hasnt been gifted'

i need this sorted asap!
