Why am I being asked to register for my App when I have already done so and have used on many occasions

Welcome to the community,
Because it is a new app, we have all had to do it, then you can use it as normal, you only have to do it once with the details that you already have with the old app.

Same as me I can't log in keeps saying I am already registered

The apps not working and it’s says I am not the account holder . But I can log into the website and see everything; but not in apps why ?

It looks like you have registered in My EE as the user, rather than the account holder.
To update this, please log in to My EE and select Account settings > Manage numbers from the menu.
