I have never known such an app to be so useless. It's the same on my laptop. Nothing ever works.  It's rubbish. The sooner I can get off this network the better.

@Debbyosborne , the app does work, have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it? Also clearing cache might help.

Are you able to log in to your account via the website?

If you are still having problems, you need to ring customer service to get them to reset your account.

Yes. Done that. Same issues with laptop.

I can log in but can't manage my account, check roaming.....its always been the same..

It's the worst app I've ever known...seriously
