App upgrade actually a downgrade?

  • I find the new app worse than the old, and that was poor. It greets me with things like " good morning" etc, but gets that wrong. It doesn't know what time of day it is. After logging in, to do some actions requires me to again log in. And to make enquiries, for example about current extra charges, it crashes, and gives pointless comments like " something went wrong."  It's not a reliable source of info, and do of no real benefit to me as a customer.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. As far as I'm aware, raising a new support ticket shouldn't have any affect on any other tickets open on your account.

I'd recommend contacting Technical Support so they can review your account to see what has gone wrong.

All issues reported in the community are being fed directly into the My EE team. In some cases, such as when only a one customer is seeing the issue, or when we're unable to replicate the issue ourselves, a single user fault will need to be raised by technical support in order for our support teams to look at the affected accounts in detail.

I understand your frustration, but please be assured all of your feedback is appreciated.
