App under maintanance

Trying to check balance , WHERE is it ?? 
try to log into app and get “app under maintanance” been getting this for weeks

Hi @Susyb4,

The website and app seem to be undergoing unschedule maintenance currently.

To get your balance, just text BALANCE to 150.

If this has been ongoing, can you delete the app and redownload from the play/app store, does this work for you?
