Does anyone else still have this issue? My app hasn't worked in nearly 2 months and I have devices pause that I have been able to use because of it.

@Wadesean1985  Have you called customer support and request your online account to be reset ?   The app is a linked to your account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
