App not working, website won’t let me complete setup

Hi,

I’ve registered for an account but the app just says something went wrong when I attempt to login. 

On the site it says I need to register a device, but when I put my phone number in that I’m transferring via pac code, it says 

Sorry, you can only associate a number for an EE Consumer or Small Business plan.”

@Jaybo100  If your number hadn’t ported across EEs systems will not recognise it as it’s not yet on EE. 
 
 You can set this up with the number that came with that SIM card.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Oh thanks, so if I set up with the number that came on the sim will it automatically change when the number is ported across?
