App not working and I desperately need to gift data to my son?

Hi @TCO 

Welcome to the community.

You should be able to access your app now. We try to do maintenance works overnight, when there's less traffic. These works usually start after 10:00PM, so if you can, it's best to gift data or make changes on your account before then.

@TCO   You will have to wait until the accounts are back online.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
