For months and months now, my app cannot tell me how much data I have remaining.
It always says something like “Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.”
It’s been months! Is this a known issue? I’ve reinstalled/signed out so many times but that hasn’t worked.
How can I check my usage in the meantime?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you report this to our customer care team on 150, they can raise a support ticket for your My EE not showing the allowance details to get resolved 🙂

Sent AL to 150 got a txt back saying they had a problem and to try later

Are you unable to see your data when your log in to both the EE app and the EE website?
Have you tried again this morning?
