Can anyone advise how I'm supposed to transfer data? App been down for a while now, but no doubt you will still take my money despite this.....

EE - when is the app going to be back up and running!? 
even desktop access is down.!!

There are numerous threads where you might have found the answer, as the app does work.

Please make sure you have the latest version, if that is the case, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, if that still does not solve it, ring customer service so that they can reset your account.
