App issues still

App won't let me control hub or extenders, ee absolutely useless and change the reason for this everything I call them, shambles of a company. So regretting switching over to them. Any advice welcome..tia

Do you get an error message in the app when trying to manage the hub and WiFi extenders? 

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

I do get a error message, unable to connect. Tried deleting and installing
app, so meant phone calls and get told the order isn't complete. Ee can't
even see the hub.
