App is useless

When are you going to fix the app it's bloody useless can't access bills and payment, can't access live chat. Bills have gone up and you can't even get a simple app to work being back the old one.

Could you try deleting and redownloading the app please? Let me know if it works any better then.

@Aysa123456  Have you tried your online account,  you have a web browser on your device to do just this.  You don’t even need to use the app. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

1:Getting fed up with updating this app.

2: Getting fed up with haveing to reinstall app .

3: Getting fed up paying EE for a so called service.

4: Anybody at EE taking any notice, or to busy getting the new phone orders out.

5: The words: Vodafone, O2, Three, Renew contact come to mind.

 

I've just swapped to three I've gone from paying £56 for 40gb data unlimited texts/calls

Now paying £27 for unlimited data/texts/call all with shinny new Google pixel 7 pro
