I’m trying to link my new broadband to the EE app (new customer) but when I either Link or do tracking it bugs out and errors. My internet starts today and I would like to look at my account and bills etc. online chat said wait 24 hits that was a week ago and EE shop simply said the app was rubbish

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues linking your broadband with your My EE account.
What error messages do you get when you try to link it up?

When I do tracking I get this:
E00001: Service Error. User Reference is REF20250305-1739248276903.
When I link it says info not correct but it is

Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from your browser or using another browser, or another device?

I am getting the same error and have tried everything you have suggest but I am still getting the same error.
