App broken again

Aaaaaanddd here we are again.

the app is down for yet more repairs

my teens have data and broadband past bedtime and i can’t turn them off

massive rows about staying off phones are triggered again

Thanks EE, you just keep causing problems for my family and managing the addictions of my girls which are fed by your appalling service.

Same story here. Updates need to be done at an appropriate time that doesn't affect parental control or device control. Or have a separate app for it.

We always aim to complete any app maintenance at a time that will minimise disruption, but I appreciate your frustration if this left you in a difficult position.

Things should be back up and running for you now, and whilst we don't have an alternative means for managing these controls at present, I'll absolutely feed this back as an idea to look into in the future.

It’s been like this for over a year Peter.

And I don’t see how removing bedtime controls for parents of teenagers at exactly the time they need to go to bed is minimising disruption???

I’ll bet you nobody uses those controls between 10am and 3pm on weekdays as kids are all at school, so do the work then, not at peak demand time.
