Dear EE. I have been with you for more time than I know my wife. Please, can you ditch your app and start again from scratch. This will never work.
You have bundled so many things in to the app that this concept of interactive tiles and no fixed menus is fundamentally broken. Every page has so many "soft" options which makes it forever to load. Every step needs data from so many sources and modules to fill in the content that when I try to manage my broadband it takes me 5 minutes just to reach to my home network view.
Stop saying you working on it. Our devices id not a problem. Our WiFi is not a problem. Ckearing cache is not a problem. Your "fixes" just add more things and options to fundamentally broken concept, that it makes it even slower and gives more loading up errors.
The main reason your design team loads things from mock modules which load instantly on a single click. You will never replicate this in your production team. Take word from actual users and listen to us.

@Andrei The app is just a link to your online account it’s not a on device app ie like a game. So every time you open it it has to link to your online account to load that information. I for one don’t have this sort of issue so clearly it does work, or there would be so many more complaints about it. Yes there are complaints about it on here but how many customers are not having an issue. There’s going to be more customers without issues there there is with issues. You only read about people complaining.
The biggest problem is the advertising as this has to load up and it’s literally everywhere.

Your reply just confirms what I said. The app is just a collection of many blocks which require external data upload every time you move to a different screen. It does not have a conventional menu which load instantly. There are far too many elements loading in each view and it takes ages, minutes for each view.
If you don't have the issue, which I'm curious, it doesn't mean it is a good app. You might have less things to use in the app and just check your balance only or might never tried manage the wifi network with multiple kids devices, 3 WiFi boosters and nearly 100 devices. It takes me 5 -6 minutes to get to an option where I can pause WiFi for kids group. On my home WiFi, with full fibre gigabit and s23ultra next to my router. This is practically max possible speed and it still does not work.
You switched me to EE from BT where these things where way faster and easier to do with less powerfull devices, router and broadband. BT app wasn't perfect but it took me 10-15 s to pause wifi for kids.

If you're having problems with the app, I would suggest getting in touch with our broadband tech guides. The guide can run some troubleshooting and see if they can help you get this sorted. Or, if needed they can open a support ticket which would would be sent to the relevant team for investigation.
