I desperately need to gift some data to my gf.

Both me and my gf are on family data share. But we are getting the same landing page on the app everytime which just says "Your app is being improved".

The only available option is to "visit community".

I have tried logging on to my account via the web browser and I can log in but I am met with "sorry you can't live your life right now because we suck"

This is actively preventing us from using the service we are paying for.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH EE.

@LukeyDukey  If accounts are offline for maintenance then this happens late at night when it doesn’t affect the vast majority of customers.  Can you gift data now.
