I was due a phone upgrade last month, I’ve tried several times to do this online unsuccessfully. The app logs me in but then when I select upgrade options it tells me it cannot log me in even though it is logged in as I can access everything else. This now means I will have to take a visit to the EE store and I am considering leaving EE for the inconvenience. From reading posts online it seems this is a regular occurrence and has been happening to people for a while. How can such a big company not fix an issue like this. The app and website are so slow too it’s ridiculous.

Hi @Lauratilly29 I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues when you're trying to view your upgrade options online, It sounds like it's very frustrating for you.
Do you get any error messages or error codes when you to to access the upgrades page?

I am also having issues and have been for weeks now cannot log in to the app or the website?!!!!

It just says there is an error. I’ve tried deleting and re installing the app, clearing cache etc still not working. Very annoying!

Have you had a chance to try the browser version of your account to see if this gives you the same, or similar, error messages?

Yes I have tried that and doesn’t work also. Gives the same message.
